Among the Buddhist remains the stupas are worthy to mention. The rock-cut votive stupas are hemispherical in shape having three gradually receding rings round the base and the top ring is supporting the dome. The stupa remains stylistically can be dated to early centuries of the Christian era.

The Jaina remains are comprised of     rock-cut figures of Rishavanatha and Neminatha, carved on the rocky surface in bas reliefs in a cave.There is an inscription of nagari character inscribed on the opposite wall of the carved figures but it is now almost obliterated.

Another Jaina image of Adinath is located at top of the hill and the carved image is shown in seated posture with the mounts depicted on either side of the pedestal. On stylistic and palaeographical considerations the images can be dated to circa. 9th century CE.
