The brick masory temple dedicated to the goddess Ranachandi was built by the Cachari
rulers in he late medieval period. The sanctum is rectangular having dimensions 5.50 x 2.80m, in plan. It has only one door opening on the western side. The chala roof of the temple shows the influence of Bengal architecture. |
